Looking for a rental in Chillicothe. Under $700/month. It would be amazing if a dog was allowed but at this point we will re-home our pet if we must.
You will be renting to myself, my mother and my two children (16 and 14 yrs old). The kids are great kids, they're not disrespectful or destructive like a lot of the teens you see these days. I know most parents claim their delinquent spawn are little angels when in reality they're awful but I can assure you that is not the case here.
I am getting help from integrated services. They will be paying the rent and deposit and then they will continue to pay rent for a while until I'm back on my feet. They issue/mail checks every Friday as long as everything is sorted out and completed by Wed of that week. Most checks are received the following Monday. You will have to meet me at Integrated Services to sign the lease/rental agreement.
