2017 Easy Climber EZ3 Two stop elevator . Price includes professional installation, by an authorized insured dealer.This elevator has a foot print of 38" x 38 1/2 " , it lifts the floor hatch on the way up and sets it back in on the way down. The 350 has a 400 LB limit and is battery operated .meaning it runs during power outages and uses very little power, and does not require any special wiring , a trickle charger plugs into a normal outlet.The door slides open,to prevent getting trapped between floors.Includes two RF wireless call/send stations and new batteries.The elevator has a fold down seat and a phone , as well as a a key switch and a diagnostic indicator. and clear vision panels in the sidewalls and door .Price may very depending on where you live ,distance wise and how complicated the construction , I can do a free site survey to verify the cost.330 five 0 one two 136
