Distance displays accumulative distance traveled during workout. Calories displays total accumulated
calories burned during workout. The Odometer displays total accumulated distance traveled. And the
Pulse displays your current heart rate after you hold both hands on the handle grips sensors during
exercise. Each function of the computer can be reset to clear the recorded data and start over.
Tension is adjusted with the Tension Control Knob. Rear Stabilizer End Cap is adjustable to Level the
elliptical trainer. The Seat adjusts Forward or Back for your height and leg reach.
And the bike has twoTtransport Wheels on the front for easy moving around. Just raise the bike from the
rear so transport wheels engage and move to wherever you desire. A little old lady can do it.
The bike is in Excellent Condition-Like New. Hardly used by lady whose knees were too bad to use bike.
