This rugged and durable PENTAIR pump has been totally disassembled, cleaned, checked, and reassembled using all new rubber O-rings, properly lubricated with JACK'S LUBE. Critical ceramic motor shaft seal also new. The threads are clean and undamaged, ready to plumb. Strainer basket is clean and undamaged. Pump strainer cover is new, as is the gasket, clean and clear. A serious, heavy duty pump body that can withstand the elements for years to come while delivering dependable, continuous service.
Powering this unit is a BRAND NEW, FRESH-FROM-THE-BOX CENTURY 1 HP MOTOR. Century Motors, long an industry favorite, deliver superior performance and service life over most all bargain priced brands. Solidly built and quiet, with proper maintenance and winterization these motors regularly provide many years of service. This pump / motor combination would easily handle any pool size up to and including 18 X 36 ft with no more than three return lines.
A comparable brand new 1 HP pump of this quality would fall in the $700 range. It will perform as a new unit would. Cosmetically 7.5 - 8 / 10...no damage, some very minor rust stains on pump base. Ready to plumb and go, easily switchable between 115 / 230v.
